Mr. Mover has been moving families and their belongings for more than 16 years. We take great pride in our ability to offer our customers a fast, friendly, professional and affordable moving experience. The owners of Mr.Mover will be there every step of the way to help you through your relocation.
If you or someone you know is considering making a change from a home to a smaller living space,
such as a Condo, an Apartment, Senior Living or Assisted Living.
Mr. Mover can help. One item or entire home. WE DO IT ALL
The cost of $89.00 per hour for residential moves includes two men, the truck, furniture pads and all moving equipment. $99.00 per hour for three men. Our rate is the same Monday thru Friday.
Saturday rate is $99.00 per hour for two men and $115.00 per hour for three men.
There is a fuel surge charge on all moves. Rate varies based on location.
Call for Sunday and Holiday rates. There is a minimum two hour charge.
The only extra charge is for items such as pianos,big screen TV,picnic tables,riding mowers,or anything else not considered normal household furniture.
If you plan on doing your own packing, pack everything in boxes. Mark room destination of each box on top and sides so we can place items where you want them. All drawers should be empty (clothes O.K.) We are not liable for items left in drawers, jewelry box, etc.(e.g.money,jewelry,breakables).
We have wardrobe boxes for a $8.00 rental fee on the day of your move.
We would appreciate you disconnecting and reconnecting your appliances.We cannot reconnect the water line on the refrigerator or disconnect or reconnect your gas appliances. We cannot transport flammable liquids. Empty gas from gas tanks (e.g. mowers, snow blower, etc.) Remove tank from gas grill. No flammable items on truck (e.g. paint, aerosol, etc.) Lamps, standing lamps and lamp shades are not covered by insurance. NOTE: If we make exceptions to the above, we cannot be held liable.
Please keep your phone hooked up until after your move. Reserve ample parking. In winter, be sure drive and walkways are cleared of snow and ice. If new construction, it is customer's responsibility to provide access to home. (e.g. plywood, walkways, etc.)
If you allow the movers to drive the truck across your lawn, or ask the movers to move your goods in an unsafe or unusual manner, or move an item that already has a damage or defect, we cannot be held liable for any of these exceptions as noted above.
In the event you should need a rental truck, Pod, etc loaded or unloaded we can provide professionally trained movers to help you. The cost is the same as above. No insurance coverage on this service once the truck or pod is loaded. Or if we are unloading a rental truck or pod we did not load. The items in the truck or pod will move around during transit.
Our estimates are made to advice you and help us with our scheduling. The actual charge will reflect the exact time spent on your move. You will be charged for the actual drive time to and from the job.
You may pay by check or cash at the completion of the move. We do not accept credit cards. There is a $35.00 fee for all returned checks. You must give notice of cancellation within 48 hours in advance of schedule date.
I only mention this because so many people ask. Yes, our men will accept tips, if you feel they deserve it, of course.
Keep in mind that our time is your money. The better prepared you are for your move, the more efficient and economical your move will be.
F.Y.I. Any unwanted furniture or items we will gladly take away and find a good home for it.
F.Y.I. Take items to the dump. Scrap metal removal. Light hauling. Pick up and delivery.
SAUDER FURNITURE, PRESSED WOOD FURNITURE, and PARTICLE BOARD FURNITURE IF NOT TAKEN COMPLETELY APART BY CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE COVERED BY INSURANCE.
